Rose Sang joined Habitat for Humanity Kenya Board in July 2021. She is currently the Chairperson of HFH Kenya Board having taken over from Mr. Frank Ireri in August 2025. Previously Rose served as the Chair of the Governance and HR Committee of the Board.

Rose is a seasoned HR Professional with over 18 years of HR management experience and a background of repeated success implementing best practices and establishing effective HR Departments from the ground up. Some of her clientele include a SGS Kenya, the Parliamentary Service Commission in Kenya, Nestle Equatorial Africa Region, Energy Regulatory Authority, Kenya Pipeline Co. Ltd, Kenya Power & Lighting Company, Agriculture Food & Fisheries Authority (AFA), DHL Kenya, Kenya Roads Board amongst others.

Rose has a Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi. She is experienced in managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, particularly executives and emerging leaders.
