Since starting operations in 1982, Habitat for Humanity Kenya (HFH Kenya) has worked in 19 counties across the country, enabling low-income families in over 250 communities to access decent housing as well as water, sanitation and hygiene services. Some of these counties include; Bungoma, Kisii, Bomet, Baringo (Eldama Ravine), Nakuru (Mai Mahiu), Machakos, Meru (Maua), Homa Bay (Rangwe and Dhiwa) and Laikipia (Laikipia North), Uasin Gishu (Eldoret), Nyamira, Narok, Kajiado, Embu, Tharaka Nithi (Chuka).
Currently, Habitat for Humanity Kenya is implementing programmes in Homa Bay, Laikipia, Kisumu, Tana River, Makueni and Machakos counties.
